The house has an Austrian architectural style, enhanced by arches, an open concept and great natural lighting. The decor is rustic, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor area is spacious, with several trees, flowers and birds, bringing the tranquility of the countryside without leaving the city. The house is located in Santa Cruz de Minas, a small municipality between Tiradentes (6 km) and São João del Rei (5 km). Welcome! The daily rate is for 8 people. The space *NO PARTIES IN THE AIRBNB RESERVATION* - The reservation made by the platform is EXCLUSIVELY for lodging. - If you are interested in holding a celebration/party with guests who are NOT included in the accommodation, please contact us to define additional amounts. Our space has a beautiful green area with a swimming pool (it has a shallow part, for children, and a deep part, 2.10 m). We leave spaghetti available for our guests in the pool. We provide some appliances: - Sandwich maker - Toaster - Microwave - Blender - Activated carbon filter with natural and cold water The house has five suites: En-suite 1 (ground floor): king-size bed and a single bed Suite 2 (ground floor): king-size double bed and a single bed Suite 3 (ground floor): single double bed Suite 4 (ground floor): queen-size bed and hot tub. Suite 5 (ground floor): double bed - solar-heated shower All our suites have air conditioning (cold air), we provide bed linen, towels, soap and we leave 2 rolls of toilet paper available in each bathroom. (We suggest bringing a towel to be used in the pool area) The house has 750 mega fiber Wi-Fi internet, ideal for people who are in Home Office. In front of the house, there is a pharmacy and on the corner (about 30 meters) there is a large supermarket with a variety of meats, vegetables, bakery, drinks, products in general, and one of the best cheese breads in the region. In winter we provide a bag of firewood for the fireplace per night, if you need more, we provide it for R$25.00 per package.
