This is a unique bedroom suite with a Queen size bed. The bathroom might be shared w/ Suite #2 IF occupied. You will enjoy this quiet neighborhood near conveniently located businesses. Allianz Field and Hamline University are less than a mile away. MN state fairgrounds are less than 2miles away. Enjoy many restaurants and local shops in St. Paul on the bus line and on the light rail. The space Your unit will be comfortable and conveniently located to local restaurants, businesses, gas stations, grocery stores, and shops. Pick up or have food delivered to you or choose to stay inside to unwind with options to watch wifi streaming services or movies on the Roku television. Guests have complementary snacks and beverages (water and coffee). You may prepare and cook your own meals and serve them using our pots, pans, bowls, plates, cups, utensils. You can season your food with the seasonings that we provide. We also have coffee makers and utensils that are provided and stored in the kitchen for guests to use during their stay. Fresh bed linen are provided. The bathroom is shared with Suite #2. please note: There are absolutely no pets allowed on the property. We are not insured to accommodate pets. There will be a $500 pet fee if pets are brought by guests. Guest access Please be kind to all guests that are on the premises because they are all paying guests. Other things to note The Fry Street Den is a unique 4plex building that services 4 separate units. Every unit is an apartment suite with shared heat which means the thermostat will be set at a comfortable temperature to satisfy all units. In many instances, guests will have to use their heater in their suite to satisfy their individual temperature requirements. Unit 2 & the office suite shares a bathroom. There are additional blankets, and pillows located in the main closet on the shelf in your suite. There are absolutely no pets allowed on the property. We are not insured to accommodate pets.
