The space Common Shared Area on first floor and backyard: Welcome to our house with first floor, featuring a cozy living room with a high ceiling, two inviting dining areas, and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee amenities. Feel free to cook using dishes, pots, tools and so on from the ‘For Guests’ cabinets, but kindly avoid strong-smelling dishes and clean up after. Let us know if you need anything else. The first and second shelf in both the refrigerator and freezer is yours to use. You are welcome to use our laundry room offers a washer, dryer, detergent, and ironing essentials. Make yourself at home! Guest access Private room with SHARED bathroom. The guest(s) also welcomed to use the living room, kitchen, dining and laundry room with detergent and backyard. The garage and the closets in the common area of first floor are not access to guests. Check-in Time: 4 PM - 10 PM Access: On your check-in date, you'll receive the passcodes for both the front door and your room at 4 PM. (Late Check in after 10 PM, please let me know in advance. I'll do my best to be reachable with a smooth late check-in.) During Your Stay: Feel free to come and go as you please at anytime.
