10 total rooms are all yours in this large mid-century home! Cook in the original kitchen, listen to records, or lounge and read the period authentic magazines. We have leaned into the old character and charm of this home when preparing it for you. You'll find 1950's style all around this house, but other decades are represented as well with our 90's entertainment room as well as an arcade! The space 2 bedrooms (one with AC) 2 living rooms dining room kitchen 1.5 bathrooms Arcade room Mystery room (can you get in?!) Most of the house is dripping in 1950's goodness, however, there is a 90's themed entertainment room with retro video games, as well as a separate arcade upstairs. You'll have a small yard, and you can walk to all sorts of places in town. You are a very short walk to a pizza tavern, candy store, thrift store, Chinese takeout, McDonald's, Dollar General, Stewerts gas station/ ice cream, drug store, etc. You are also close to a train crossing which may go by and sound the horn at times. (as mandated by law) Guest access You will have private access to the whole living space. There is a separate apartment with separate entry above this living space. You may hear footsteps when you are downstairs, but this tenent will not be in your space as the areas are not connected. Other things to note Each room in the house brings you into a time period. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms are from the 50's. The entertainment room and the arcade will remind you of the 90's. The master bedroom has a slight 60's vibe. Poke around and have fun!
