Ample parking and convenient location within steps of bakery, grocery, pharmacy, coffee shop, salon, Lake Ontario waterfront parks. Secure Access: Private Code locked front door to a spacious lobby. The entrance to the apartment is also private code locked. Bedroom: King sized bed, Quality cotton linens washed with hypoallergenic naturally scented lavender detergent. Large double closet, and bright windows with blackout window coverings for complete light control. Fully private Bathroom Full shower and bath. Fresh towels. Strong water pressure and hot water. Quality shampoo / conditioner / body wash (from Harlowe Green). Moisture exhaust fan, hairdryer. Living area Spacious layout with high ceilings Mid century modern decor of teak and cherry wood. Comfortable space for reading, working, or unwinding. Movie collection for relaxed movie nights, or you can plug in your laptop or phone via physical Lightning connector (provided) to screencast. Kitchen: The kitchen is set up for making your own meals. The walls are very thick stone and the ceilings are over 9.5 feet high. Bright bay windows give a nice feeling of space. Groups: It is a very nice layout for a couple but in a pinch can accommodate more people as it is spacious. If you are travelling as a larger group it is best to book the entire second floor. Guest access This is a private apartment on the second floor, with it's own private entrance through the lobby of the building. Other things to note The apartment walls are over over three feet of limestone, this has a natural cooling effect and the temperature stays comfortable during the summer. However, air conditioning is in the bedroom for those who prefer. A complimentary shared laundry room is available for longer term guests (stays over 2 weeks) If you're booking for larger groups, (up to 7 maximum) Then you can book the entire upper floor of this building .
