This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway. The space Guests are finding our little studio to be the perfect place to rest on a road trip, with a comfortable Japanese futon bed and brand new ensuite bathroom. You will find the space spotless and the bathroom to be sparkling clean. This is something we pay a lot of attention to and take pride in. Please note: • There is no microwave or other cooking facilities in the room. • There is no television. • The room is not air conditioned, however it does have a ceiling fan, is well insulated and has good ventilation so it maintains a comfortable temperature. We have listed the space as available for up to 4 people, but it's really only designed for 2 as there is only one queen size bed. If you are travelling with up to 2 children, what we can do is provide one or two single size, high quality camping mattresses with pillows and bedding. (They are both Zempire Monstamats if you want to look them up). There are a couple of photos in the listing that show the room set up with one of the single mattresses set up. We could potentially accommodate up to 4 adults (with 2 on the camping mattresses), but please discuss that with us before booking. (Note that if we do need to put the two camping mattresses in for you, we will have to take out the table and chairs.)
