It has a large 48 m² heated pool, two terraces equipped with a pool table and board games, as well as an extensive 650 m² garden surrounded by nature. Just 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Chapala, it offers a comfortable and quiet experience. Ideal for private gatherings, romantic getaways, family weekends, or business retreats. The space The house has 9 double beds, 5 single beds and 3 single sofa beds, distributed in 4 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and living room, in addition to all the amenities such as complimentary coffee, pool and bath towels, purified water, ice, cooking oil, botanera sauce, etc. Guest access On one side of the house, there is a couple of caretakers who will give you access to the property and give you a personal explanation of it at the time of your arrival. Additional cleaning services can be hired with them for an additional cost! The house has a parking lot for up to 5 vehicles inside the property. Other things to note The house has water purifiers so you don't have to bring purified water. It also has an ice maker which is available to you during your stay, so we suggest you don't bring ice. The pool has a solar heater and heat pump, so we guarantee that the pool water will be hot 365 days a year.
