For Short Stays, Parking inside apartment would have extra charges RM20 per night subject to availability. ◎ Airport Pick-Up ◎ For guests arriving from overseas, we can arrange airport pick-up upon request, subject to additional transportation fees. ◎ House Information ◎ ● No deposit is required through Airbnb. ● Check-In Time: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM , but early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability. Due to the apartment management policy which doesn't allow guest to self check in to the unit after 11pm, we need to arrange staff to assist for check in on midnight , so for check in after 11 PM will need extra charges. ● Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM, but late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. ● We do not provide free parking, but we can offer parking cards at a daily rate of RM20, subject to availability, allowing you to park inside the apartment premises. ● Alternatively, guests can also park at Wilson Parking, a basement parking facility located next to Sky Suites, with rates starting at RM4.50 per hour and up to RM13 per day, but multiple charges apply for multiple entries. ● Cleaning fee is collected once for cleaning and laundry purposes after guests check out. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for a fee of RM50 per cleaning. ● House rules details can be found further down on this page. ● While units are assigned based on the pictures shown, please be aware that in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, the host reserves the right to relocate guests to ensure their comfort and safety.
