Come relax on our 5 acre wine country property. This 1900 sq ft home sits atop of a beautiful mountain with stunning views of the wineries and lake skinner below. The open floor plan & pool table are perfect for a get together. Each room boasts comfortable queen sized beds, hotel quality linens & fun decor. The enclosed backyard is the perfect place to enjoy a meal during the warm summer months, equipped with a BBQ, and outdoor dining/lounge spaces. Close to wineries, Galway downs, Old Town. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 5 acre property as well as the entire house. There are 3 locked cabinets for the owners, we ask that those remain locked. We do live on property in a tiny house, we keep to ourselves. But if you see us, feel free to say hi, we love chatting with our guests! Other things to note Quiet time: Riverside county quiet time is from 10pm - 7am. We strictly adhere to those hours out of respect for our neighbors. Please be courteous and do the same. Riverside county requires exterior noise monitors, we will be alerted if there is noise outside of the home past 10 pm. Multiple violations of the noise ordinance may result in an immediate cancelation of your booking. Property Notes: We live on property so please be prepared for all things that come along with living on property. There are coyotes, rabbits, squirrels, snakes, birds that roam around in their natural habitat. Soak it in! In the summer time we do get RATTLESNAKES, so please be cautious especially with children & pets. The home is on septic, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Ample trashcans have been provided for anything other than toilet paper. Kids: We would love to host your family stay, and we love raising our kids on property. However, please keep in mind, there are steep drop offs, large rocks, uneven ground, thorny plants, and many other things that you need to be mindful of while staying with young kids. Dogs: We are also dog friendly, however, please see the "kids" section before bringing a dog. We also have a very sweet Great Dane that lives on property with us as well. We do require a $80 pet fee to ensure the space is deep cleaned after your fur babies stay with us. Entrance & Driveway: To get to the home there is a 1/2 mile of dirt road and dirt parking. If you do not want to get your car dusty we may not be the right stay for you. We also live on a hill and our driveway is very will lit but it is a bit steep.
