Escape to our spacious four-bedroom retreat nestled between Jaspers stunning mountains and the Athabasca River, our cozy haven offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Enjoy relaxing in the generous sized fully fenced backyard, exploring nearby trails or the beautiful neighbourhood park. Ideal for families, nature lovers, and seekers of serenity, our home is your gateway to unforgettable memories in the heart of nature’s embrace. The space We have 3 good size bedrooms with queen beds in each, a 4th bedroom with a twin bed and office desk and chair. Our space offers two living rooms with smart TVs in each and the downstairs has an air hockey table to use as well as board games, dvd movies and reading material. The full kitchen is available for making meals and comes equipped with cutlery, dishes, glassware, tea towels and everything you will need to cook for your stay. We have two full bathrooms, upstairs has a tub with shower and downstairs has a large soaker tub and separate stand up shower. Guest access The entire house is yours to use during your stay! We have a large fenced in backyard with a multi level deck in the back, ample parking for multiple vehicles in the front. The garage is not included. Other things to note Located a close drive to all amenities in Hinton where you will also find a Trampoline Park, Bowling Alley, Nordic Centre, Bike Park and hiking/cross-country ski trails. Just up the road off highway 40 is Jarvis Lake, Kelly’s Bathtub, Greg Lake and Rock Lake to name a few. Walking distance in Brule to a beautiful kids play park, Bike Park, outdoor hockey rink, Brule Dunes, Brule Ruins and endless hiking/biking/quadding trails. Jasper park pass is also included with your stay! Marmot Basin is set to open November 22nd for the 2024/25 season. We ask that you please be sure to return the pass before check out.
