Out of the Blue Fowey

Out of the Blue is a former estate cottage with stunning river views, which has been lovingly restored and given a new lease of life. Situated in the picturesque village of Fowey, an area of outstanding natural beauty, it is within easy walking distance to all Fowey has to offer. With its winding streets, colourful traditional houses, quaint gift shops, excellent pubs and restaurants, its literary, maritime and pirate history, beach and lovely working river Fowey has something for everyone. The space Out of the Blue is in an elevated position, accessed from a flight of steps (please see external photo) giving excellent views of the river. Ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining room with kitchen and also bathroom. Access to a small courtyard. The second floor has two bedrooms, the main with king size bed and view of the river. The second bedroom has twin beds. Guest access To the front of the house there is a seating area where you can take in the river views. The rear garden is unfortunately not accessible and will be under construction in the future. Other things to note The house is accessible from a flight of steps and therefore may not be suitable for everyone. There is an area in front of the house, near the slipway, which can be used briefly to offload/load your luggage on arrival/departure days. There are two car parks within 100 to 200m of the house.
