The apartment itself has a large eat-in kitchen well fit out for cooking and eating at home. A relaxing open plan living space that opens out onto the covered balcony/patio area. Smart TV to login with your favourite streaming services. The bedroom also opens onto the balcony area with a leafy outlook or privacy screens can be moved over to suit your mood. Walk through wardrobe with plenty of space for luggage and unpacking, takes you from the bedroom straight to the en-suite bathroom with dual access for someone sleeping in the living space. Oversized bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower, dual sinks and an internal laundry with dryer. On Street parking is free, yet time restricted during the daytime. Mobility pass holders can use the mobility space by the garage entrance when available or park anywhere unrestricted according to pass regulations of course. This spacious apartment provides peaceful and private tranquility for relaxing after a busy day in the bustling city, as well as easy access to the amazing (and vast!) Moore Park and Centennial Parklands. Walking distance or a quick bus ride to the city or other direction to Bondi Beach and its famous, Bondi Ice bergs pool, as well as club and restaurant/bar and coastal walk to Tamarama, Bronte Beach and beyond. Walking distance to vibrant Crown St for plenty of restaurants and bars stretching right down to William St in the CBD or walk another direction towards Paddington for more restaurants, bars, shops, transport etc etc! Transport is fairly easy in the area though, Ubers or equivalent are readily accessible and with the proximity to everything, unlikely to cost an arm and a leg.
