Tyler, The Treehouse Bus

Tyler, the Treehouse Bus is an old school bus thoughtfully converted for a unique GLAMPING experience. The bus is 40ft of living space with kitchenette, dining area, living room, RV style portalet, and a bedroom with a wooded treehouse feel and Queen size bed! Outside a private patio has a grill, firepit, table, hot shower (no running water inside), and utility/vanity sink. Beautiful, private, and unique glamping experience just minutes from all there is to do in Cincinnati! 7min to OTR/dwntwn The space Tyler, the Treehouse Bus is parked on the other side of our garage on the edge of our 2.5 acre communal living home & gardens. This means you have privacy from the main house while also having access to us should you need anything. In the main home we are 4 adults and 5 dogs. The garage functions as an artist studio and workshop so you may see one of us out in that vicinity. We will always respect your privacy, but feel free to say hi if you see one of us! For the safety of you and our pets we please ask that you DO NOT enter the main residence (which is fenced separately from the garage, Bus, and patio). Guest access When you rent Tyler, the Treehouse Bus you have access to 1)The Bus 2) The private Patio between the bus and the garage and 3) The designated parking spot right outside the bus door (please do not park across from the house as these spots are used for full time residents) Please do not block the garage or enter it or the fenced area of the main house unless invited and accompanied by one of the residents. Other things to note This is a GLAMPING situation: there is no indoor running water. The toilet is an RV style portalet. The shower is outside (hot water under a beautiful sycamore tree). While we’ve tried to give you all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay please note that the Bus is still rustic and not COMPLETELY separate from the elements aka sometimes there is a bug, beetle, or bee that might work its way in :)
