Brain-sur-Allonnes, in Indre-et-Loire, is a paradise for nature lovers, with its forests, hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, as well as its rivers and lakes for swimming, fishing and canoeing. Nearby, you can visit Saumur, its castle and Cadre Noir, the Abbey of Fontevraud, the Musée des Blindés and the Rabelais house, the gardens of Villandry, Montsoreau and its banks of the Loire, the Zoo de la Flèche, Beauval Zoo and finally the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine. The space Cottage description: This spacious 160 m2 cottage opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. It is a haven of peace where you can relax to the sound of birdsong. The living room includes a large dining table for the whole family, an equipped open kitchen. There is also a TV, Wi-Fi access for all your connected devices. During your stay, you can familiarize yourself with the animals that live near the cottage, such as the pony, chickens and our 2 dogs. The cottage also offers a unique opportunity for antique lovers, as it is decorated mostly with regional furniture, some of which are for sale + antique showroom. Visitors can leave with a souvenir of their stay, adding a touch of history and elegance to their own interior. Upstairs: - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a single bed. - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed. - A bedroom with two single beds that can be brought together. - Bathroom with bathtub + shower room on the ground floor. - Separate toilet upstairs. You will have at your disposal: board games, books, collectible foosball, swings and swimming pool available near the main house (shared with the owners). Our animal friends are welcome. Also, for riders, possibility to accommodate a horse or pony in a stall.
