Spacious Double Room

We offer a self check in/ self-catering accommodation with a spacious double room and a shared bathroom. The flat is a walking distance (15-20 min) to Union Square, Bus and Train Station, Ferry Station, and City Center. Bus stops are just in front of the house with bus services every 15-20 minutes. Parking is free on street in any available space on a first come, first-served basis. The space This is a 2 bedroom flat on the lower floor of a traditional granite building with a Victorian and traditional Scottish vibe located in a built-up area of Victoria road. The room has double bed with king size duvet, electric heating mat, side tables and lamp, and space to hang clothes. The living room is equip with a smart TV. It has one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen, and a shared back enclosed garden. Parking is free however, just be aware that it is a busy road and it is a “first come, first-served” parking in any available space. We can’t guarantee a space infront of the flat. More spaces are available after 8 am in the morning and before rush hour in the afternoon. Be mindlful with some parking restrictions in nearby streets. Guest access The guest can have access to living room, dining room, kitchen, and shared garden (you can use the swing and the outdoor dining table). During your stay Send us a message here and anyone of us will get back to you asap. You can also knock on our door anytime if we are home. We sometimes are not available to welcome guests. We always make sure you have the details for check in and messages to let yourself in with key at lockbox and make yourself at home. The instruction is straightforward to where your room is. We have it in the picture, house manual as well as the messages we sent before check in. If you have other questions we will get back to you as soon as we can. Other things to note Two mainecoon cat named Simba(Ginger) and Nala (Tabby) and a dog called Cesar, live in the house. Cesar is a golden doodle, very friendly but might bark the first time.
