spacious and bright room with private bathroom accessible by a separate entrance overlooking a small sunny exterior. located 900 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Bernieres-sur-Mer equestrian center, between land and sea. the shops are within walking distance and the quiet environment of the one-way street will be perfect for a couple wishing to rest in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. shared access to the kitchen is possible on request. The space small village house with 3 bedrooms on two floors with garden and large living spaces. the night space for rent is on the ground floor, quiet with independent access I am usually on site and available when needed and if there are any questions. my name is Florian, I share this house with my son every other weekend and a few days during the week "being small and dynamic there may be a little noise when he is present🤭! being sporty and a lover of the great outdoors I am rarely at my home, it is easier to meet me at the beach or in the garden than inside my house ^^ but I would be delighted if you wish to share a friendly moment around a drink or a barbecue!
