spacious and bright room with private bathroom accessible by a separate entrance overlooking a small sunny exterior. located 900 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Bernieres-sur-Mer equestrian center, between land and sea. the shops are within walking distance and the quiet environment of the one-way street will be perfect for a couple wishing to rest in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. shared access to the kitchen is possible on request. The space small village house with 3 bedrooms on two floors with garden and large living spaces. the night space for rent is on the ground floor, quiet with independent access I am usually on site and available when needed and if there are any questions. my name is Florian, I share this house with my son every other weekend and a few days during the week "being small and dynamic there may be a little noise when he is present🤭! being sporty and a lover of the great outdoors I am rarely at my home, it is easier to meet me at the beach or in the garden than inside my house ^^ but I would be delighted if you wish to share a friendly moment around a drink or a barbecue! I also offer for rent my 2cv convertible "with driver of course :)" to take you to visit the beautiful landing beaches "atypical moment and change of scenery guaranteed" during the day on the weekend or in the evening for a little sunset, 🥰 everything is possible when you have imagination ^^. so see you soon Guest access access through a private entrance on the front of the house with a key box when I am not available to welcome you :) During your stay I am easily reachable by phone and on site when I am there!
