This home is conveniently located to shopping and many other amenities: 1/2 mile from the Wicomico County Civic Center . 1/6 mile from Prometric testing center, 1.6 miles to Tidal Health/Peninsula Regional Medical Center and 2.4 miles to Pearson Professional Center. This is a smoke free home. The fireplace is not for guest’s use. Guest access All appliances noted in listing are available for guests with long term stays - 7 days or longer. The refrigerator, toaster oven, keurig, coffee maker and microwave are available for shorter term staying guests - 6 days or less. The washer, dryer and stove are not available for short term guests- 6 days or less. The fireplace is not for guests use. During your stay I will greet you at check in. I am available during your stay through the airbnb app, by phone or direct in person contact when I am onsite. Other things to note Depending on occupancy and bookings, the bathroom may or may not be shared as there is another guest room available for rent.
