While the main entrance is shared, the entire upper floor is exclusively for guests, featuring three comfortable rooms and a shared bathroom. No access to living areas or cooking facilities. Free parking is available, and check-in is self-service for a smooth, private experience. This space is perfect for guests who value independence—come and go as you please. 📍The property is located in a residential area. Conveniently set within walking distance of Poole Town Centre, transport links, hospital, theatre, quay and ferry. ♿️ Please note: The high ceilings and steep Victorian stairs make this property UNSUITABLE for guests with limited mobility. Guest access 🔸️Check-in: Self check-in is available via our SMART LOCK system. Arrive any time after 3:00 PM and leave as early as needed on your departure day up to 11am. Please be mindful of quiet entry and exit to respect other guests and neighbors. 🔸️Space & Amenities: 🚻 The bathroom is a shared facility, serving a total of three guest rooms. 🍽 While there are no cooking facilities on-site, all the amenities of Poole Town Centre are within easy walking distance. A supermarket and several restaurants are located just at the start of our street as well as a laundrette. 🚗We have free parking space on a first arrived first served basis. There is no parking restrictions on our road over the weekend. During your stay We live on the ground floor in a separate area. While we may not always be available in person on your arrival, we are just a floor away and happy to assist should you need any assistance during your stay.
