Nestled in the heart of the Village and a few beats of the wings of the Trois Pignons forest and the Fontainebleau forest massif, Les Étoiles du Vaudoué is a charming farmhouse that will immerse you in the artistic and poetic universe of its owners. The premises offer you a large living space and 3 bedrooms, all bordered by a large private garden of 2000 m². How lucky you will be to get in! The space If you choose this place, it is because you loved sharing, since you will enter the world of its owners who will confine the keys to their poetic refuge for the time of a stay. Nestled in the heart of the historic center of the village, The property is a double farmhouse that has been restored and decorated keeping the memory of its time. Arriving in the charming town of Le Vaudoué, you have plenty of parking spaces to park close to the property. Pass the gate and its stone wall and discover the building and its garden. Vacation can start! You access your home through an entrance overlooking an expansive living room bathed in light and where nature invites itself through its many windows. An artistic world reigns here, art in all its states and the art of living: welcome to the Étoiles du Vaudoué. When you enter the house, you will be in love with its beams, patinated woods, tiles that unite wonderfully with contemporary and musical art. Its volumes offer you a living room with a wood burning stove facing 2 sofas. Very special attention will be requested on the piano that sits in the room. The large, fully equipped kitchen and its bar with 4 seats feature a fridge-freezer, a 3-burner induction stovetop, a conventional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and all the essential small appliances, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., not to mention, of course, dishes and kitchen utensils to make your meals a delightful culinary experience. This is where you'll find a flat screen. The dining area bathed in light in a countryside atmosphere has 8 seats around a large table. There is a toilet on the ground floor. The sleeping area is divided into 2: Via a first staircase, you access a landing that serves a bedroom with a queen-size bed, its office space overlooking the garden and a flat screen then a second bedroom on the garden with 1 single bed 90*190 and an evolutionary bed for children 70*190. The upstairs has a bathroom with bathtub, single vanity and toilet. By a 2nd staircase after the artist's studio you arrive in the 3rd bedroom of the house with a queen-size bed and office space. There are toilets on this side. Special attention is paid to the quality of bed linen and cleaning that meet hotel standards for absolute comfort. But remember you are in the countryside, here nature reigns supreme and the ladies weave their canvases. The House is equipped with WIFI. Of course, Les Étoiles du Vaudoué is also its south-facing paved garden and paved terrace that have the essential furniture to enjoy the mild sunny days. Finally, for your extended stays, a washing machine is available for your use. What is provided: bed sheets and bedding, 1 shower sheet per person, shower mat, tea towels, starter kit: dish soap, double sided mop, 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 cleaning product, 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar Guest access Your access is private and is through the main entrance door on the street side. Please note that the owners' personal belongings are stored in the cupboards of the house. You will have access to all open areas and their equipment. The artist's studio is a walk-through room in which you will not be able to stay. Private rooms are either closed or indicated with a "Private" sign Other things to note To confirm your reservation, you must approve the house rules and also the check-in and check-out guidelines. You will stay in the house of Andrea and Jean-Paul who entrusted Nadège and her team with the task of welcoming you and organizing your stay. Some information is needed for the smooth running...thank you for understanding in advance: Your welcome and key exchange will take place (every day except Sunday) on the premises of the Conciergerie de Nadège in Milly-la-Forêt between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or independently after this time. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and let us know if you are late on the day. All this allows us to accommodate you in the best conditions. Before your arrival, we will send you your welcome booklet which is full of useful information about your accommodation and recommend good places:) The listing inventory can be found in the welcome booklet. You will have 24 hours to report any breach or problem to us. Guests will be able to request a cleaning and linen change service during your stay. The cost will be at your expense.
