Have fun with the whole family in this stylish accommodation with amenities unique in the sector. You can enjoy a moment of pleasure in the jacuzzi after doing ecotourism in the region. The apartment is located 3 minutes from Plaza Magdalena and 7 minutes (by car) from Coban's central park where you will find places of cultural interest and a variety of haute cuisine restaurants in the region. The condo is located next to the local airport and Candelaria Mall. The space Access to the condominium through the security gate, entrance to the building and the apartment with an electronic code which will be provided to you. There are two comfortable bedrooms with a private bathroom, each room, a fan and a large closet to store your belongings. A living room with a sofa bed for a 5th guest. You will enjoy a kitchen with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable. You can also share with your family and friends in a living room in the covered patio where there is a Jacuzzi with hot water and bubbles!!!!!!. and a futio table (fut bolin). Both the Jacuzzi and the foosball table are for the exclusive use of the apartment's guest. It's private. (includes a double inflatable mattress, if needed. It's stored inside its box in the closet.) All this and much more in Coban's "Pleasant Place". Guest access You can use the apartment's own areas and the outdoor recreation area for children, which is just a few meters from the building where you will be staying. You can use the Jacuzzi without restriction as well as the foosball table. You will have unrestricted WiFi access. You will have access to the outdoor room to enjoy some quiet time overlooking the Jacuzzi. Other things to note To access the apartment you have to go down three floors, we do not have an elevator. There is only parking for one four-wheeled vehicle and additional parking for motorcycles; for guest use. The condo management rents additional parking for an extra cost. :(
