Centrally located, our street is a quick few minutes from the beach and sound, a fully fenced in backyard - perfect for pets, includes a salt water pool, hot tub, & perfect space for relaxation. Spanning 3 levels, enjoy 2 large outdoor decks- you'll never want to leave! The space Welcome to 40 Oz to Freedom - a beach lover's dream getaway!! Guests can enjoy a 3 level home with an expansive lot and picturesque backyard. Nestled away on one of the best streets on the island- you can't beat the privacy and space! This keeps the street quiet and no through traffic, adding an element of tranquility and comfort. In the culdesac at the end of the street you'll find a path to a sound side trail, which includes a tiny beach and deck overlooking the sound- ideal for sunsets. This is also a perfect place for fishing and taking out kayaks and paddle boards. You'll find multiple public accesses within a few minutes, including our favorite - just 1 mile away- which includes a shower/bath house & public parking right at Regional Public Beach Kitty Hawk. All of these are close and convenient for going with lots of friends, family, kids and beach toys/equipment. The first floor is a bonus bedroom that has a full bath, washer, dryer, desk, and a Murphy bed. Perfect space with plenty of room. The 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 king, 2 fulls, and 1 bedroom with 3 twins (including bunk beds). There are 2 full bathrooms on the floor, one a jack and Jill and the 2 full bedrooms have doors out to the 2nd level deck. The 3rd floor is the living space and has the primary bedroom and a full bathroom. Includes the kitchen, dining and living room and offers a closed and spacious deck- perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and plenty of room to visit and relax. The downstairs contains a car port for some shaded relaxation and lounging. Here you'll find bikes, pool floats, a surf board, skim board, plenty of beach games, and a grill. The top feature being a tiki bar and 65” outdoor tv- perfect for serving drinks and food! The backyard is where you'll never want to leave. Surrounded by trees for some excellent privacy and fully fenced in for your furry friends, here you'll enjoy the salt water pool, large hot tub, plenty of chairs and umbrellas for relaxing, and even a game area- covered by sand and perfect for horseshoes, corn hole, ladder golf and more! Guests can enjoy the convenience of walking to The Spot, a local place for açaí bowls, smoothies, ice cream and coffee- right at the end of the street! Further left and in walking distance is 2 restaurants, Trio Restaurant and Market and The Pony and the Boat, which boast delicious comfort food and perfect spots for cocktails, mocktails and apps!
