"La Laiterie" Gite

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic 50 m2 accommodation on 2 levels, in nature. This cottage has been renovated with a lot of love, combining the old and the modern, in an old dairy. It is composed of an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a wood fireplace. Upstairs, bedroom and bathroom + toilet (open). There is an adjoining cottage for 2/4 people. The entrance is independent, with private parking. Pets are allowed. Guaranteed calm The space The "La Laiterie" gîte is equipped with a terrace with table and chairs. You can have lunch there in front of the sunrise, in the middle of summer, sometimes even with views of the horses! Upstairs is the bedroom which is open to the bathroom (separated by a curtain). The toilet is behind the small wall. This place is great for a couple and possibly 2 kids. A large sofa bed is located in the living room. You have to pull on the drawer to place it in 2 seats. Linens are under the seat. Baby bed available upon request A Krups Nespresso coffee maker is at your disposal with a few pods as well as tea On request, breakfast is possible according to our availability Guest access To access the accommodation, you have to open a motorized gate that leads to a courtyard (there are 2 accommodations). The attic is the 1st cottage on the left. You can park right in front next to the outdoor table. Other things to note In the event of a power failure, you can unlock the gate. Digicode box on the inside of the gate. The code is noted on the information sheet in the internet code box and also noted on this sheet Parking is closed for animals but communicates with the accommodation next door
