Other things to note Rules of life at Riad Touria Welcome to Riad Touria, your home for a stay in Marrakech 🤍 We just want to share some common sense rules so that everyone can make the most of their experience, with respect for the place and its environment. Respect for property Riad Touria is a private house and not a hotel. We encourage you to treat it like it's your own 🌺 All equipment and items available belong to the Riad and must remain there. In the event of damage requiring repair or replacement, an adjustment may be applied. A small inventory is made upon arrival and departure with the housekeeper — simply to make sure everything is in order. Respect for the neighborhood The Riad is located in the heart of a family derb, quiet and friendly. Out of respect for the neighborhood, please preserve the tranquility of the place, especially after 11 p.m. Noisy parties, events, and gatherings (EVG/EVJF included) are not allowed. We also thank you for respecting local customs and being kind to the locals in the neighborhood. Guests Access to the Riad is reserved only for people listed on the reservation, unless previously agreed by the owner. For couples whose members are of Moroccan nationality, a marriage certificate must be presented upon arrival, in accordance with local law. In compliance with Moroccan laws, it is forbidden to bring or consume alcohol or any illegal substance within the Riad. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the Riad, but you can of course enjoy the outdoor terraces for this. Safety and serenity Your safety is essential to us 🌞 Children must remain under the responsibility of adults, including around the pool, passageways and terraces. Please close the doors and windows at night and when leaving the Riad. As a precaution, the terrace doors must remain closed when you are not there. In the event of major non-compliance with the rules or booking conditions, we may have to shorten the stay, without compensation. Tourist tax A tourist tax of 25 DHS/person/night, not included in the rate, is to be paid directly to the Riad upon your arrival. Thank you so much for your understanding & respect.
