2 bedroom upstairs apartment just a short walk to the train station, beach and town (1 mile to all 3). Location wise this is as good as it gets especially if you have no car. Please keep in mind this house is over 100 years old and it has its quirks. This is not the 4 Seasons! This is my primary residence when not rented so some of our personal things are there. No pets. I am allergic. Even “hypoallergenic dogs”. Parking on street only. Parking for one car maximum. Not suitable for toddlers . The space 2 bedrooms , small kitchen with countertop seating . 2 bathrooms one shower Guest access Upstairs ! The kitchen can be used for prepared / bought meals and sandwiches only. No pan frying and steaks plse as we do not have a kitchen air vent . Other things to note During your stay I remain on property in the guest house in the backyard. The backyard is off limits. This is a two family house. You are renting the second floor apartment. There are permanent tenants downstairs below you. You each have your own door and do not share any space. The living room is not listed as an extra bedroom and is not for sleeping in , if you need a sheet for the sofa we can provide this for an extra fee , but we need to be notified in advance please . The apartment is not suitable for small children under the age of 8. Please do not use or eat our food in the kitchen and fridge and cabinets thank you . There is parking for one car max on a safe street. Please keep in mind this is my primary residence so some of my stuff, books etc, is in the apartment. I also keep some food in the fridge but there will aways be room for your food. It is not an apartment solely used for airbnb and therefore will not look like an empty hotel space.
