Mysingetorp, an oasis on Gotland

Treat yourselves to a relaxing stay in a charming cottage in Kappelshamn that is private but is still close to everything that Gotland offers. A large plot of land with no insight. Mysingetrop is equipped with all amenities needed for the holiday such as fiber internet, charging box to the car, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and of course a barbecue in the courtyard. The space Bedroom 1 - Two 120 cm beds, there is also a door to a balcony Bedroom 2 - One 120cm bed and desk Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with fireplace, 160cm bed, desk and storage Bedroom 4 - Double bed (180 cm). NOTE: The water pump is located next to the room and it makes a sound when water is used. The Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook dinners and lunches or prepare a picnic to take on the excursion. Of course, there is a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. Living room - Bright and nice room with light coming in from three directions. A large sofa with room for many to cozy up in. Bathroom - Shower (fully tiled), sink and WC. Washing machine and Tumble drier. Outdoor room - Glazed outdoor room with a large dining table and lounge group with four armchairs. Wood-fired sauna tub and barbecue area with fire pit. Firewood included. Patio at the front of the house - Dining table, chairs and parasol. The patio is a real solar collector. Wifi Fiber (500 Mbit) is retracted to both the cottage and Skånelängan and wifi is available in all rooms. Charging box is available Guest access Guest have sole access to the whole house and the plot of over 5000 square meters. Other things to note We expect the guest to leave the house in nice and tidy condition. If you do not want to clean, it can be arranged for a fee of SEK 2000. - Please bring your own linen and towels.
