Mysingetorp, an oasis on Gotland

Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in a charming cottage in Kappelshamn that is private but still close to everything Gotland has to offer. A large plot with no view. NOTE: The water pump is available next to the room and this makes a sound when water is used. Kitchen - Fully-equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook dinners and lunches or prepare a picnic to bring on the excursion. Of course, there is a stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and utensils. Living room - Bright and nice room with light coming in from three directions. A large sofa with room for many to relax in. Bathroom - Shower (fully tiled), sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer. Conservatory - Glazed conservatory with a large dining table and lounge group with four armchairs. Wood-fired sauna and barbecue area with fire pit. Firewood included. Patio in the front of the house - Dining table, chairs and parasol. The patio is a real sun catcher. Wifi Fiber (500 Mbit) is installed in both the cabin and Skånelängan and Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Charging box is available Guest access The guest has sole access to the entire house and the plot of over 5000 square meters. Other things to note We expect the guest to leave the house in a nice and tidy condition. If you do not want to clean, it can be arranged for a fee of SEK 2,000. You need to bring your own linens and towels.
