The space This bright loft is distributed across a single open space, open and connected across three floors by a spiral staircase. Its design utilizes orientation and local climatic conditions to maximize natural light and ventilation, making it a cool and pleasant refuge from the island's extreme heat. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, living room, and dining area, with views of the refreshing backyard. Adjacent to the front entrance, there's a small garden patio and a laundry/toilet room. The bedroom is located on the mezzanine or first floor, with views overlooking the living room and patio. Here, you'll also find the main bathroom. On the second floor, there's a studio that can be used as an additional bedroom. From here, you can access the terrace to enjoy wonderful sea views. Guest access General cleaning and change of sheets and towels every 10 days (minimum stay 7 nights). Extra cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee, please communicate in advance.
