Welcome to "Wave Lengths", a stylish little cottage, within walking distance to spectacular Kommetjie Beach, offers a shared outdoor space with pool & barbecue . This little village is nestled below Slangkop mountain, alongside the Lighthouse and hugged by a magical coastline. This peaceful spot is close to hikes and the best surf spot in Cape Town. Cape Point reserve is close by and the popular restaurants and coffee shops of Scarborough, Simonstown and Noordhoek are a stones throw away. The space The main house is attached to the Airbnb space. You will have your own open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, airfryer, Nespresso machine and a fridge/freezer combo. Your private bathroom has a walk in shower and a tub. Your bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe, hairdryer and ceiling fan. You have your own private patio area for a relaxed morning coffee. The pool area and barbecue are a shared space with the owner. There are two medium sized pooches and a small cat on the property. A private space with a seperate entrance has a full time tenant. Your car will be parked behind a secure gate and there is armed response and private ambulance service in case of emergencies. This property is not suitable for children or infants. Guest access You will enter up a pan handle driveway which is shared with the owner. You have a small private patio at your entrance. The pool area and outside dining area have loungers, couches and a portable barbecue in the main garden area which is shared with the host. Other things to note The main beach is a short walk from the property, less than 100m. Once you have booked a full guest file will be sent to your cell number with information and a link to get to us. Two friendly dogs and an elderly cat Iive on the property hence no children or infants are catered for. Please add all guests to the booking and supply your ID or passport copy to the host beforehand. Thank you
