This lofted studio apartment has all the amenities you need for a memorable stay. The studio space has a queen bed and a bunk bed, with room darkening curtains, which will sleep 4 comfortably. The large open kitchen makes a great space for entertaining. There is a large dining room table that seats six and is great for meal time or game nights. Table can expand to accommodate more. Tenants also have access to a private deck nestled into a sea of pine trees and a play set down below. The space The loft is connected to the hosts house by a deck. The host will be available via messaging or in person as needed. The property is surrounded by pine trees on all sides, making for a very private escape. It gives country vibes but with city access. The backyard is large and a great space for kids to play. It has a large play set that is open to be used at all times. The loft itself is great for entertaining, movie nights, and relaxing. Every light is dimmable and can provide the perfect ambiance for any occasion. Speaker surround sound system in system connectable to bluetooth and connected to the tv. We are in walking distance to community parks and in quick driving distance to many local favorite attractions, including Benson, Dundee, and downtown. We provide a list of experiences for you in your check-in binder and would love to answer any questions beforehand. Interstate access is quick and easy. Guest access Guests are allowed for dinner, drinks, meetings, and special events. We just ask that you keep sleeping guests to a maximum of 4 individuals.
