The house is located on a horse farm and has most of what is needed for a pleasant stay. Bus stop just outside the house that regularly goes into Söderköping. The house consists of five rooms, three of which are bedrooms with 3 double beds + a tent bed. Large nice kitchen with exit to a large lovely terrace with associated charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, built-in oven/microwave, stovetop, dishwasher and other things needed for cooking. The space There are 3 bedrooms with double beds measuring 180 cm, 160 cm and 140 cm, the tenant brings their own bed linen. 1 toilet with shower with hot water. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for the locked storage room. Other things to note The house is located on a horse farm where there are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats, which contributes to the cozy environment. There is a possibility to rent with your own horse or to bring your own pet. Other residential buildings are located on the farm and around the area, although the house is located in a rural and peaceful environment. The tenant needs to bring their own sheets. It is not allowed to hold events or parties in or next to the house.
