House with mountain view

Come and discover my house, in the middle of nature, not overlooked. 35 minutes from Bayonne, enjoy either the mountains or the ocean. 10-minute drive to all amenities, restaurants, shops and tourist visits. I have been renovating this 1700 house for 10 years, with all my energy and love, I have tried to preserve this natural setting that inspires tranquility, in my Basque country that I love so much. Not everything is perfect, but it feels so good. The space You will have 100 m² of single-story space, with 2 bedrooms: a large 16 m² with a 180*200 bed and a smaller 12 m² bedroom with a 140x*200 bed. With between the 2 a bathroom/toilet, with a large double shower. You arrive through the kitchen, with a large space of 35 m², where there is a 160*200 sofa bed. The kitchen opens onto the living room. You can prepare your meals with all the necessary kitchenware. There are dishes for 14 people, and a dishwasher. A Tassimo coffee maker, induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. In the living room you will find a large table for 8 people, to which you can add another table for your large family meals (12 people) Guests can relax in the living room, and enjoy the view of the garden. The sofa turns into a bed, 160*200 as well as a single armchair. Outside you will enjoy nature and calm, on the terrace or in the garden. You will find a barbecue there. Pets are allowed, however the land is not fenced, but the main road is more than 1 km away. A 5-minute walk away, you will find the Tardets/Bayonne bus, perfect for your getaways to Bayonne without driving. This bus also runs during the Bayonne festivities. I don't live on-site, but if needed I'll make myself available. I will leave you my best recommendations for your visits. Guest access You will arrive by a private road to the house. You can park your cars under the walnut trees. I would welcome you in person or if unable to be present I would leave the keys with the instructions. You will be the only ones on the property for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Your living space has been completely renovated, some exterior finishes are in progress but this does not prevent you from enjoying the premises. The couch is white and new, so please pay attention to the stains. There are blankets available to protect it. I provide linens and towels For the sofa bed and the BZs I leave the necessary in the closet of the large room. Please put on the mattress pads. I also have a crib, a removable bathtub and a high chair with cozy (up to 12kg). In the living room the TV is not connected to an antenna so you will not be able to watch the classic channels, but you can enjoy your personal access to youtube, Netflix or other thanks to the internet.
