The area around the station is bustling with buildings, giving it a vibrant atmosphere, but just a short walk away, you can find scenic rural landscapes, making it a city with a unique charm. It takes about 30 minutes by JR Joban Line from Kashiwa Station to Ueno Station, making it very accessible to Tokyo. From Narita Airport or Haneda Airport, it takes about 1 hour by train to reach Kashiwa Station. The space This accommodation is about a 25-minute walk from the east exit of Kashiwa Station. (Alternatively, you can take a bus that runs every 10 minutes, with a 6-minute ride and a 3-minute walk from the bus stop.) We offer one free parking space, making it an ideal base for sightseeing in Japan with a rental car. Large vehicles are also welcome. Additionally, as the accommodation is situated on a hill, offering a panoramic view of both the countryside and the residential area. Please note that there are approximately 『30 steps』 from the parking lot to the property. ●Free Parking for 1 Car You can park one car next to the utility pole in the roadside parking area at the bottom of the stairs. You can enjoy your stay without any concerns, whether you are a group or a family. You have access to the entire premises, but please do not climb onto the roof as it is dangerous. There is a locked closet in the 2nd-floor bedroom containing linens. Please do not open it unless necessary. Other things to note 【Noise Notice】 This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, so there is a possibility of receiving noise complaints from neighbors. Please refrain from making noise or using audio equipment, especially after 9 PM. If the police are called, you may be asked to leave immediately, so please keep the noise down. 【Fire Safety Notice】 As this property is a wooden house, please handle fire with care. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated smoking area outside the entrance. 【Pet and Damage Notice】 We allow up to two pets (dogs or cats). However, pets are only allowed in the living room and shoe closet area; they are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please use the provided pet cage for your pets during bedtime. If pet hair or any vomit, urine, or bloodstains from pets or otherwise are found on the bedding, an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged (or the actual cost of replacement if cleaning is not possible). Dyeing hair inside the accommodation is also prohibited. 【Request According to Japanese Law】 According to Japanese hotel business law, all guests staying at this property are required to submit the following information to create a guest registry: <Information to be submitted> ・Name, address, occupation, nationality, and passport number of the guest ・A photo showing the entire passport ・A photo showing the guest's face along with the passport photo (for identity verification) If you have a residential address in Japan, submitting a photo of your ID is sufficient, and no passport submission is required. If you cannot provide this information, we may have to refuse your stay. We do not disclose, provide, sell, outsource, or share your personal information without your permission. However, we will provide information if requested by judicial institutions such as courts or the police, or administrative agencies in accordance with the law. 【Regarding Items Left Inside】 The cost of disposing of any leftover items (suitcases, large garbage, etc.) will be borne by the guest.
