Other things to note 【Noise Notice】 This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, so there is a possibility of receiving noise complaints from neighbors. Please refrain from making noise or using audio equipment, especially after 9 PM. If the police are called, you may be asked to leave immediately, so please keep the noise down. 【Fire Safety Notice】 As this property is a wooden house, please handle fire with care. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated smoking area outside the entrance. 【Pet and Damage Notice】 We allow up to two pets (dogs or cats). However, pets are only allowed in the living room and shoe closet area; they are not allowed in the bedrooms. Please use the provided pet cage for your pets during bedtime. If pet hair or any vomit, urine, or bloodstains from pets or otherwise are found on the bedding, an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will be charged (or the actual cost of replacement if cleaning is not possible).
