The closest beach approach is 1 mile south at Analyde Gap Rd. where you can walk on the beach and collect driftwood and other beach treasures. Turn right at First street across from the fire station, then turn right on Analyde Gap Rd. Pacific Beach state park is 1.8 miles south where you can walk on the beach and enjoy the Joe Creek. You may see some sea life there such as various birds, and maybe even a sea otter! You can also visit local businesses, a local radio station and other sites. Seabrook is located 2.5 miles south and features restaurants, shopping and events. Just north is Moclips, which has a small number of businesses and great beach combing also.
