As of June 2024, I have created this listing for my home in Milas. My apartment is the guest room of the old Milas house. It offers ease of transportation with its stair-free, independent entrance, spacious courtyard and ease of use in the center. We are ideally located to stay in the center of Milas. You can visit Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva and Gümüşkesen with short walks. Easy access to public transportation We're an animal-friendly family. Our dog Kara is just as cute as our cats. The space A double bed, clean bed linen, towels and shower supplies, hair dryer will be available. All the necessary cooking utensils, spices, mini fridge and basic hygiene supplies will be ready for your needs in the kitchen. You can use a folding table (with 2 chairs) as a dining or working area. Our air conditioner is in working order. It has no stairs, is detached and has an independent entrance. Guest access It is up to you when you want to use the tables, barbecue and seasonal fruits in the common courtyard and garden. In our garden you will find tables under lemon, pomegranate, tangerine trees. Other things to note - Official ID notification is mandatory before check-in. - My capacity for 2 people means that only 2 people are allowed in the room. You can't invite or accept guests. - My house is not suitable for parties. - No smoking in the room. Note: I kindly ask you to keep the air conditioner off as long as you are outside.
