Modern Sørland house with boat in Arendal!

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀 The space It comes with a Pioneer Viking with 40 horsepower. 15 feet and 4 bars. Boat driver's license is required if you want to use the boat. After using the boat, it must be washed and the tank filled. The home is stylishly decorated with all new furniture and equipment. Here you will find bed linens, towels, fridge, complete kitchenware and anything else you might need for a pleasant stay. There is also plenty of space to set up a brought travel bed for children. We've made it easy for you to work from home with a work desk in each bedroom, so you can combine vacation with productivity. There are 1 bunk beds with 2 mattresses, and 3 double beds. Just 5 minutes drive away you will find Arendal, and a lovely beach at Løkholmen is only 12 minutes walk from the accommodation. In addition, you have a light rail and great hiking areas right next door. Please put the linens on the bathroom floor, and put the kitchen dishes in the dishwasher. We would greatly appreciate it if you could clean the house to the same standard as when you arrived. Pets must be kept on the floor and only one Pet is allowed.
