Unauthorized entry into these areas will result in a minimum $500 fee. Guest Information Requirements To comply with local regulations, we require the following information within 24 hours of booking: • Valid U.S. state-issued ID • Guest’s email address • Guest’s cell phone number Once received and verified, we’ll send you the Guest Welcome Book via email, which includes important details for your stay. For extended stays, a signed rental agreement between the guest and host may be required, per local compliance guidelines. Owner’s Presence Please note that the owner has private, locked-off areas within the home and may require occasional access during your stay. We’ll always aim to provide advance notice and respect your privacy. 📝 Booking Requirements & Fees • 30-night minimum stay required • Cleaning service is required every 30 nights ($195 fee) to maintain the property—includes kitchen, bathrooms, and floors • Within 24 hours of booking, please provide: • Valid U.S. state-issued ID • Guest’s email address and phone number • These are required for local compliance and to access the digital Guest Welcome Book Other things to note The max amount of guests staying the night at the property is 6. There will be a $250 charge for each guest(s) staying the night beyond the reservation number at booking. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home. If there is any tampering with the equipment this fee is doubled and the stay may be terminated without any refund or proration. We have a strict no party policy. The max amount of guests allowed on the property at any one time is 8 (including visitors not staying the night), and must abide by the quiet hours listed. Please use the driveway for parking, and if street parking is needed, you can only park on the right side of the street. There are no semi/moving/box trucks or guest trailers allowed, only standard vehicles. We are a non smoking and no recreational drugs on this property. If there is smoke of any kind found inside the home upon cleaning, there will be a $750 fee. Written agreement required for more than 30 days to be compliant with local regulations. No refund or proration due to issues beyond the Host control such as power outage, internet outage, or force majeure.
