The cozy, romantically furnished house is located in a small village on the outskirts of Puszcza Niczonowska, (formerly Nitznower Heide, a natural forest) and close to the wide and long beaches of the Polish, over 500 km long, Baltic Sea coast. Large parts of the coastal region are designated as a national park or nature park. Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The space The house has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) for max. 4 people and is fully furnished. A cozy living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in German as well as Play and Netflix. The kitchen also includes everything you need for daily use, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, dishes, pots, kettle, etc. are available. There are two bathrooms with shower. Towels and linens are included for guests. The large garden offers absolute peace and pure relaxation. The extensive meadow is visited almost daily, from about April to mid-August, by a stork family and is an absolute attraction for all ages. Barbecue facilities and free parking are available. The property is completely fenced and offers a magnificent view over the meadows and forests. Occasionally you get a visit from deer that scurry past the fence. Sole use of the house and property. The area invites you to hike or cycle. The beautiful beaches of the resorts Rewal, Pobierowo, Trzesacz can be reached by bike in about 6 km, by car it is only about 10 km. Miedzyzdroje Walk of Fame is 46 km away. Miedzyzdroje is one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Baltic Sea coast with a pier on the approximately 2 km long beach promenade. Nearby you will also find countless small towns and villages, including a cultural village with theater performances Janowo, 2 km away. Also worth seeing is Kołobrzeg, (about 50 km) a port city with countless churches and other buildings. Świnoujście, (about 60 km) a city that can be reached by ferry, with many shops, restaurants and a large market. The approximately twelve-kilometer-long sandy beach stretches, on average 40 meters wide, in the further course of Usedom a total of 42 kilometers to Peenemünde. The longest beach promenade in Europe connects the city with the seaside resorts such as Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. Kamien Pomorski, (about 19 km) a state-recognized spa town with the famous cathedral of Cammin. Organ concerts are held there regularly. Berlin is about 250 km away, except for the remaining 20 km you drive on a highway. The area is therefore very interesting, diverse, natural and guarantees a relaxing vacation.
