A huge dining table indoor and outdoor. A large kitchen with an opening servery window to connect the outside dining to the kitchen. There is butlers pantry so all prep can happen inside keeping the kitchen clean and neat. The perfect place for a large family or a couple of friend groups. This is a quiet family area-no parties. The space This property is for the down stairs area only. It is a huge 4 bedroom home. The upstairs can be booked separately at airbnb.com.au/h/highliferetreat. This offers a large retreat for a couple with a king single sofa bed. If approved you may bring one pet but this is strictly by approval only. It must be a quiet pet - no excessive barking. You have a private secure entrance, a lovely outdoor dining area, two separate living/TV areas. A large indoor dining area. Parking is strictly in the double garage. The upstairs retreat will use the parking area in front of the house. you have internal access from the garage to the house. Guest access You will have full access to the downstairs home. The garage and back yard area. It is very private. Other things to note This property is the entire downstairs home. It has its own entrance. On entering the front door you will the internal door to The Homestead. You will have been given the code to enter. Leave the home as you found it. Extended stay over 2 weeks cleaners will need access to do a clean. Additional cleaning fee will be charged of $340.00 You will be asked for details about your group, the purpose of your trip.
