We provide a small wagon at bottom of stairs to bring beach essentials for easier transfer. ✅ We have beach essentials like towels, umbrella, a couple beach chairs, and a small cooler. We also have bug spray, suntan lotion, and the front closet has a bunch of fun games to play at the house if you’re bringing a small group of people. ✅ it most comfortably sleeps five adults or four adults and one to two children ✅ Modest and approachable mid-century modern beach home. ✅🐕 🐶🐈🐱we are pet friendly with nominal fee & wild animal play throughout the ravine and trees. With multiple hiking options nearby and vibrant restaurants and bars in the community, there's something for everyone. We have a digital concierge now that will give you lots of itineraries of places to visit and hike in the area. ✅ morning, coffee on the back porch, listening to all the various different birds. if you’ll like, we ca leave you bird food as well. If you’d like to see them out the front window you can add the birdseed to the front railing and you’ll see woodpeckers, cardinal, bluejay & wrens, & most every other small bird in our eco-system ✅ And don't forget the artsy and eclectic vibe of Miller Beach, celebrating its unique ecosystem. ✅ dead end road so less traffic - limited parking but you get the driveway :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Just be mindful, there's a flight of stairs to reach the front door atop the sand dune. This is a pet friendly property. Please leave doors to bedrooms closed when you leave so pets don’t sleep on bedding. 🍂🍃🍁We have a woodland yard with all the leaves & extras that go along with it. Lots of wild animals life around us in dune land, including a wild turkey couple. We do have assistant or the owner will drop bird food to leave out on front balcony wood railings or will put out at bird feeder stations that also feed the squirrels :) 🐿️ Guest access Lockbox is located on front door next. key is inside lockbox. code given day of check in Other things to note Limited parking, 2 car parking in driveway and 1 street parking on maple, neighbors are touchy about the parking topic :) no parties and no more than 8 people ever on property only registered guests allowed on past 10pm. 📣Noise travels on back porch as property sits atop a sand dune & ravine is in back which seems to carry noise. Just be mindful of noise after 9:30pm we leave plenty of beach essentials, including a wagon, bug spray, flashlight, beach towels and chairs in front closet. Plenty of games in front closet as well. cats love in the first floor unit and can sitting or owner visit once per day to feed & attend any kitties needs. You likely will not notice as the door to that unit is next to the garage.
