The space The house is new, modern and of high standard. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private laundry room, office, combined living room and kitchen, double carport with electric car charger, large balcony and a small terrace with lawn. 1st floor Bedroom 1: bed (120 cm) and wardrobe Bedroom 2: bed (120 cm) and wardrobe Bedroom 3: bed (180 cm) and wardrobe Office niche: desk, chair and monitor Bathroom: shower, toilet and sink. Laundry room: combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Rack for drying clothes. Groom mat. Ironing board and clothes iron. 2nd floor Bedroom: sofa bed (160 cm) with top mattress. It is cleaned so that it is not a nuisance for the guests who rent. Other things to note The home is very centrally located and has good bus connections. Only 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop that takes you both to Arendal city center and Grimstad city center in 15 and 20 minutes respectively. Buses from Oslo, Kristiansand and Stavanger also stop only 500m from the house. By car you can get to Arendal in 12 min, and to the Zoo in Kristiansand it only takes 34 minutes by car! Shop, pharmacy and hairdresser can be found within a 5-minute walk from the home. The residence is located approx. 1 km from the lake, and there are many nice beaches in the area, such as EB beach, Stølsviga on Hisøy or Storesand on Fevik.
