The house itself exudes warmth and coziness with its rustic brick façade and windows that flood the interior with natural light. Step inside, and you'll find spaces designed to make you feel right at home. One of the highlights of this property is the stunning attic or upper-level space. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat to practice yoga, or a creative space for your hobbies, this room can adapt to your needs. The space ROOMS - The house has 3 bedrooms which includes bed linens. The master bedroom and the second bedroom on the ground floor have air-conditioning. With the cold breeze in the area, sleeping won't be uncomfortable and it would be cold enough that you would be needing a blanket. The master bedroom has 2 full size beds with extra mattress. The second room has one twin size bed and 1 single double-decker. The last room, which is the attic, has 4 beds with extra mattresses. Outside the attic is a large balcony. The balcony at the end of the upper level is a true gem. Overlooking a lush green landscape, it provides a serene spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening tea. LIVING AREA - This is where the TV will be. Enjoy your stay with our Karaoke in the common area where you can sing all you can with your family/friends. DINING & KITCHEN - The dining table includes 8 seats. The kitchen will have utensils and basic cooking materials. BATHROOMS - We have 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom in the property with bidet and heater. We encourage our guests to bring their own toiletries for hygienic purposes. There’s also a shower are near the swimming pool. Please do note that the water line in the area stops at 10PM everyday but it wouldn’t be a problem at The Attic since we have our own water tank. SWIMMING POOL - Swim anytime you want and have fun with the kids. The pool is all yours for the whole stay. OPEN SPACE - Play with your pets, gather up for events/games, or have a picnic in the large open grass area which can also be a parking area. Relax and unwind in the hammock set up for you and feel the breeze of the wind and the fresh pine trees. PARKING - Parking area inside the property can fit up 2 cars. There is also a street parking in front of the house or beside the gate. Guest access The whole property will be available to our wonderful guests.
