This newly updated and tastefully decorated home is perfect for guests who want both comfort and most importantly a private, woodsy surrounding with views of the water, wildlife, local lobster boats, and the ebb and flow of the tides. This very comfortable, 4 bedroom plus den/study home offers plenty of space and modern decor. The large living room has high wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, and a wall of glass windows - opening the interior to 180 degree views of the water and woods - along with an open modern kitchen and dining area. With two large living areas, adults can congregate upstairs while preparing meals or watching a movie, while kids can enjoy the huge downstairs playroom with their own TV/DVD player, full size ping pong and air hockey tables, and a games cabinet and table. This layout plus a kids bunk room with four twin beds, a wrapround outdoor deck, and stairs providing riverside access for clamming or kayaking make this house a perfect base for a family vacation.
