Juniper Hilltop Lodge near Zion NP

This is where your adventures begin. Make it the 'hub' for your next hike, bike, climbing trip. The space Situated on 1.3 acres with panoramic view of Zion National Park, the Smithsonian Butte and Gooseberry Mesa, the lodge consist of the main house and a detached 3 car garage that you may use to store you bikes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full size kitchen and living room. This is the ideal size for a family gathering or a weekend outing with friends. The house is secluded and enjoys a quietness that will bring back peace to your mind especially if you are trying to escape the hectic and noise of city life. As you enter the main door, the kitchen greets you with stainless steel appliances (fridge/freezer with icemaker and water cooler, microwave oven, dish washer, cooker and oven) ready for you to cook a delicious meal or just heat up a pizza after a long day out hiking. Sit at the 'bar' or gather around the dining table to chat, eat and have a great time. Sit around the wood burning fireplace in the winter, or just relax and watch a movie. We have WiFi connection for Netflix, Hulu etc (no cable TV) and a collection of DVD for borrowing. We usually end up on the floor with the kids playing a board game. You will feel close to the outdoors as the glass sliding door makes up the other wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is plenty of sleeping space for 6. A twin trundle is hidden under one of the twin beds in Bedroom #3. Bathroom #1 is accessed from Bedroom #1, the second bathroom is between the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have a sliding door to the courtyard garden. There is a full laundry cabinet in the hallway. Why stay indoors when you have so much beauty outside to enjoy. You could barbecue your next meal and enjoy outdoor dining on the patio. Or toast hot dogs or marshmallows over an open fire at night and just enjoy the night sky on a clear night with thousands of stars. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garage space. There is a play house in the enclosed garden and a fire-pit with free firewood. Free WiFi available, you'll have access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ on our TV but there is no cable. Other things to note Please add tax 10.2%, cleaning fee ($150) and refundable security deposit ($250) to the price.
