Independent cottage accommodating 4 people and 1 baby in a small village in the Eure department, close to the A13 motorway. Shops are 6 km away, Paris is 75 km away, Giverny is 15 km away, the McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny outlet village is 6 km away, and the Normandy beaches are 1 hour 30 minutes away. We welcome you to a 98m² single-story house with two terraces and a 3,000m² garden with a small stream. On-site parking is reserved for standard cars or small vans only. The space The house features a spacious open-plan living area (approx. 50 m²) comprising a lounge and dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and whirlpool bath, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a 140x190 cm bed, while the other has two 90x190 cm single beds that can be pushed together or kept separate. Both bedrooms include a wardrobe and two bedside tables, and all bedding is new. Guests can relax in the two-person infrared sauna. The price includes bed linen, household linens, tea towels, and basic pantry staples (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, etc.). Outdoor amenities include a garden seating area, a dining table, and a gas plancha grill. The cleaning fee covers end-of-stay cleaning as well as the provision of bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, bathrobes, and spa slippers. Pets are not permitted.
