Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is still camping but with a soft landing. Come stay at Bear Lake State Park, Utah newest Campground! The beach is sandy and very kid friendly- hence the name of this tiny paradise of ours! There are sidewalks to the tables. Beach tables are all handicap accessible, and we are thrilled to get the chance to offer that . Restrooms are located close to casita. You are in an area away from other campground guests (: campground is to the south. The space **** We are happy to say our solar ran A/C heat split units were a big success last year! We are always so happy when our new experiments not only work well, but offer an even better experience for our guests!!! **This is our best location if you're wanting the sandy beaches! So if you have little kids that love the sand this is the best for that. Also here the water doesn't get deep as fast as they can at the others. So this makes it easier for little ones. There are also covered picnic tables right down on the beach. (They are first come first serve) *****Please read ALL details before booking to make sure this is a good fit for you.(: **** Restrooms are located near each Casita and showers are approximately 15 miles down the road at Rendezvouz Beach. You have free access to them as well as other Bear Lake State Park, Utah facilities. *******NOTE:Unlike our other Casita locations, this one is a roughly 150 yards from the beach and not right next to it. BUT this area has the best sandy beach. So its a guest preference on which Casita to choose. At this site,there is a concessions there to purchase firewood,ice and rentals. So If you are wanting more of the sandy beach,convenience of concessions,water on site but not feet from the water then this is best for that. If you want beachfront,our other casitas will have that but beaches are not sandy and groomed. This is more of a glamping experience!! There are no kitchen or restrooms inside the casitas. So plan accordingly for this unique, tranquil experience!!!! You do have grills over the fire pit to cook on. You can also bring your own grill. We just ask you do not place the grills on the deck or under the shade canopy on porch. We do NOT provide cooking-ware. *** If you don't like to "rough" it a bit then our casitas are not a good fit for you. If you are looking for a 5 star beach front hotel, we recommend booking else where. We started this so couples and families can have the affordable beach front AFFORDABLE get away! We provide the comfy safe place, you make the memories!! "Little Paradise, BIG memories" Your host, Lisa Otero You will have two picnic tables at this site for your personal use. Porches are covered and have Adirondack chairs for sunset watching. Inside you have A/C, heat, 6 USB ports, inverter with regular outlets, lights, ceiling fans, cozy beds to accommodate 4 people. We now offer an inverter inside for regular plug outlets! These easily run CPAP machines and other alike medical devices. **Can have one vehicle as well as one tent and or RV with booking free as well. RV must park in the driveway behind Casita and not on grass. Can accommodate a small or medium RV only on site as well to accommodate other guests . Please note any extra vehicles after what's allowed will have to pay the 20$ fee per night. This is in our contract with the state park, and nothing we have control over. You will pay them directly at the gatehouse , online , or use iron ranger at entrance for after hours. NOTE** The tent and grill in pictures is just an example of how you can set your space up. It is NOT included with Casita rental. Items included were mentioned above . Guest access More full details about getting to your Casita will be delivered 24-48 hours before your arrival date. You'll get a code to open the door to Casita. Upon booking, you have the option to suggest a code. If you do not, we usually choose the last four digits of your phone number listed. This code will NOT work until your arrival time of 4 P.M If you need earlier access. we can attempt to accommodate this. But due to super busy weekends, we can not guarantee it. You are allowed to day use beach areas until your Casita check in , as long as its at least AFTER 2 P.M NOTE- Check in to day use before our Casita check in is fully the state parks discretion. Must comply to all state park rules while in campground. We own the Casitas but the campground is state park property. Other things to note Want to bring your fur friend !?? No worries , we welcome them too !! However , all pets must be added to reservation and fee paid prior to stay . If there is a pet that was not added AND pet fee paid , you will be fined! Fines are $150 per pet not claimed, along with an extra 50$ minimum 200$ maximum cleaning fee added . No exceptions !!! We try to keep our places comfy and safe for all guests .
