One mile from downtown and Biltmore Village. Two minute walk to Mission Hospital. We happily lived in this cleverly renovated two-car garage for that past 5 years. It was designed for ease of use and comfort with interesting architectural flourishes. The garage door opens creating a cool indoor/outdoor living area that we used most of the year. The fully appointed kitchen will have everything you might need for a long-term or short-term stay. The space The garage apartment is 500 sq ft, one large open room is the den and kitchen. There is a bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom with a washer/dryer unit. A loft space also available with a single mattress. Guest access Guests have access to the sitting area outside of apartment, the garden usually has vegetables growing and guests welcome to those as well. Other things to note We work out of our home office which shares a wall with the apartment.
