Our home is your home! What Airbnb’s were meant to be. This is our personal home that we invite guests to use while we are traveling. It is a cozy and functional 800 sq. ft. apartment. There is a fenced side yard with a fire pit, with space for kids and a pet to run around. Enjoy the spacious deck while grilling or enjoying a quiet evening. We are in a classic New England neighborhood where locals walk their dog and ride their bikes. We are in south Concord with easy access to I-93 and I-89 The space The main bedroom has a queen bed with a Sleepnumber mattress that has adjustable firmness levels to match your personal comfort needs. The main bedroom has one dresser with a mirror and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a double bed, closet and shelved cabinet. The main living area combines the leather sofa with power reclining ends and eat-in kitchen. The wall mounted TV has an Amazon Firestick that can download any streaming apps you have subscriptions to. If the weather is nice the outside deck is a wonderful place to hang out and BBQ. You can also head into the fenced in yard to play with your dog or start a fire in the fire pit. Guest access The entire apartment, deck, and yard is yours to use. The basement is accessible only to access the washer and dryer. The entrance door has a programmable door lock that we will change the code after each guest checks out. Other things to note While we consider all dogs to stay. We are terribly allergic to cats. We can’t accept cats in the apartment. Many apologies for that.
