You are guaranteed a warm welcome and comfortable stay at our home, whilst being completely independent. Situated in Quintrell downs on the outskirts of Newquay, we are ideally situated for easy access to all the beaches and local attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Come and stay with us and you won’t want to go home! The space Wrens nest is a recently constructed, modern, fresh, wonderfully cosy one bedroom annexe. It is attached to our family home, but completely independent. It benefits from its own separate entrance, onsite parking for one car, and a private courtyard seating area with Webber BBQ. Perfect for those alfresco evening suppers after a long day on the beach or sightseeing. This homely space opens from the courtyard into a private good sized open plan living, dining area with built in breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a double sofa, the tv has full access to sky tv including movies and sports. Fast Wi-Fi included. From the kitchen the stairs lead up to a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, a good sized double bed and wall mounted tv. A modern shower room with brand new fitted shower including a deluge head and separate shower head. With built in Bluetooth speakers, to allow you to listen and sing to your hearts content whilst taking a shower. Wrens Nest has access to the bus and train station within 3 minutes walk. The train takes you directly into Newquay within 10mins and you therefore have no worries about parking, or drinking and driving. There are also excellent local pubs and cafes within walking distance if you don’t fancy cooking. Multiple beach’s are within easy 10-15 minutes striking distance, Perranporth being one of the furthest. If you like a gentle stroll Porth beach is a pleasant 40-45 minute walk. If you’re looking for a relaxed break away from it all this is the place for you. Easy access to all the facilities with a retail park which includes two major supermarkets and fast food outlets with free parking within a 5 minute drive. Guest access We will make access to the house available at the time of booking, there is also parking for one car currently. Other things to note Pets considered. Shared drive only space for one car. The annex is part of our property, no parties. We have dogs that will be in the garden at times but not on the court yard for the annex.
