Just 5 mins from 40th & Colorado light rail station, saving time & money on airport travel. As our primary residence, it feels homey and personalized with records, books, patio, & new primary bath. Dining room & bar. Well appointed-kitchen. Patio & big backyard. Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
