Description
DISCOUNTED! BEACHFRONT VIEW! WINTER SURF SWELLS! Check the surf from your bed! Bring the whole family to this safe, newly built 3-bd 2-full baths with tubs, Ensenada beach home with gorgeous granite tile, jacuzzi bathtub, and walk-in closet in the principal room. Front row at a great right pointbreak (punta San Miguel), with big open patio, sliding glass front wall, indoor-outdoor seamless living, outdoor shower, BBQ area, fan/heater/AC in each room, w/ WiFi, smart TVs, beach chair, & fire pit. The space Villa San Miguel is a small gated rural beach community of about 80 houses, 7 mins north of Ensenada (3 mins north of Sauzal and the Valle de Guadalupe/wine valley road turn off) located on the beach with clean ocean water away from any city contamination. There is a taco stand/coffee shop on the beach, gorgeous cliffside restaurant overlooking the ocean, and a convenience store near the entrance and the guard gate. Most of the beach near the river is sand and a great place for dogs and kids to play, and the rocky point provides world-class right-pointbreak surf for most of the year. The village runs on a well, which can run low and result in low water pressure. Neighbors are usually respectful and the guard gate controls what cars enter the village, but remember, all beaches in Mexico are public for walking access and cannot be restricted. Guest access The entire house including all 3 bedroom areas, the patio, the BBQ sitting area, laundry area, outdoor shower and the fire pit area are all available. The garage is my storage space for now but there is safe ample parking right in front with easy handicap access if necessary as there is a cement slab in front.
