🏠 Welcome to our cozy triple room! Relax in the tranquility of our quiet family home. The room is located on the 1st floor, it has a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. ☕ Smart TV with Prime Video, a kettle, a toaster + tea, coffee & milk 🚂 It's a short 15-min walk to the town center/train station 🚌 The bus stop is just 5 mins away 🐾 Our cats & dogs are friendly but not allowed in the guest rooms We can't wait to welcome you to our abode! ✨ The space We have a large 5 bed family home, we are a quiet family, with only one of our 5 children still at home. It's a tranquil place to be and is our little piece of heaven by the sea. Please note there are no cooking facilities, there is a toaster and kettle in the room, along with plates and cutlery, if you require anything else just ask. We will happily allow you to store things in our fridge and order food to be delivered, we do ask you put any food wrappers in our downstairs bins and not in the room please.. We have 2 very friendly dogs, whom would lick you to death if allowed, they do have access to upstairs but not your room, we ask that you do not encourage them to come in. We also have 2 very timid cats, I would be surprised if you see them during your stay. Our pets are not allowed in the guest rooms, please keep the door shut at all times. There are lots of lovely restaurants in the town and parks for children to play, of course there is our wonderful beaches too. Whitstable has a fully working harbour and is definitely worth a vist, lots of places to grab a bite to eat or watch the boats over a cup of coffee. If you like walking you may wish to consider a walk to Canterbury via the beautiful Crab and Winkle way. We are within easy access of the main roads in to Whistable A299, avoiding the heavy town traffic. A huge Tesco is located at the end of the road just a 5 minute walk from our home, also a lovely cafe about 2 minutes further opposite the petrol station. Guest access We prefer to be home upon your arrival to introduce you to our very friendly dogs. Check in is between 4-8pm, because of our work commitments it's difficult to change this, please tell us in advance roughly what time you plan to arrive so we can arrange to be at our home to welcome you. During your stay We are happy to chat and give you recommendations for places to eat and visit, however we also understand you may wish to have your privacy and are completely happy with this too. If you'd like to put things in our fridge we can accomdate this for you, it is easier though if you let me know before you arrive so I can make room for you. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming you to our home. The front door can be a bit tricky if you don't know how to unlock it, we will give instructions when you arrive. We don't have many house rules, they are more guidelines these will be sent to you shortly before your arrival, please read before you arrive to make your stay easier and more enjoyable. Check in details will be sent out a day or two before your arrival.
